Configuring a project team and project calendar ( workday and non-workday setting) can take more time, especially if you manage multiple projects simultaneously.

QuickPlan supports duplicating any existing project into a new project. When using QuickPlan, we can treat any project as a template.

• Create a blank project and enter all the required project properties for the team. If we use QuickPlan on a Mac, we can create the plan even more efficiently.
• Treat the blank project as a template. On iOS devices, please duplicate the template project to create a new project; On Mac, please create a new project file by copying from the template project file.
• If the new project contains some team members, we need to remove other project members from the new project. As you know, removing is much more efficient than typing.
• On Mac, QuickPlan supports saving project members and project calendars to files and supports dragging between projects. We can create a new empty project and copy the needed settings from the template project.
